I purchased the single bottle which is a 30 day supply. The bottle tells you that you can take up to three pills and you should take it thirty minutes before entering a situation that will require you to perform at your best. Some examples include situations such as final exams, dates, sporting events, meetings, interviews, speeches, and maybe concerts for my fellow musicians. I honestly didn’t touch the bottle until about two weeks after I bought it because I wanted to wait to take it before a stuation that required me to be on my toes and perform exceptionally. That day came when it was time for me to take my CompTIA Network+ certification exam (an entry level IT certification). I took two pills thirty minutes before my exam and didn’t think twice about it.
